The role

Real campaigns, real budgets, senior guidance.

You will work inside a boutique, senior-led team on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms for businesses where every lead matters.

01 · Build

Campaign execution

Set up and maintain search, demand and retargeting campaigns: structure, keywords, audiences, budgets and ad copy — reviewed with a senior before anything goes live.

02 · Measure

Analysis and reporting

Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and spreadsheets to understand what actually became a lead, a booking or revenue.

03 · Improve

Testing and optimisation

Propose changes with a reason behind them: what you expect to happen, how you'll measure it, and what you'll do if it doesn't work.

Development

A path from supported work to real ownership.

Nothing here is a rotation programme or make-work. Ownership increases as your judgement does.

  1. Months 1–3

    Foundations

Onboarding, account walkthroughs, our playbooks, and relevant Google Ads certifications if you don't already hold them.

  2. Months 4–9

    Supported delivery

You run day-to-day tasks on live accounts with review: new campaigns, optimisation, reporting, and your own recommendations.

  3. Months 9+

    Increasing ownership

You take the lead on parts of accounts, present your analysis, and contribute to strategy with senior support behind you.

How we work with AI

AI is part of the job — verification is the skill.

We use AI daily for research, drafting, analysis and scripting. We expect you to use it too, then check the output and take responsibility for what you ship.

What good looks like

Using AI to move faster on drafts, structures and data work, then validating numbers, claims and logic against the actual account.

What doesn't work here

Pasting unverified output to a client, or being unable to explain your prompt, your edits and why you trust the result.

Requirements

What we need you to bring.

Required

  • Currently based in Greece — Athens preferred.
  • Foundational, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Analytical thinking and genuine comfort with numbers.
  • Clear written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Fast learning and visible initiative.
  • Reliability in a fully remote setup during agreed Greek working hours.
  • Active use of AI, with the judgement to verify its output.

This role is not for you if…

  • You want a passive internship where work is handed to you in small pieces.
  • You are looking for a purely creative social-media or content role.
  • You need close supervision to stay on track or struggle to organise competing tasks and priorities.

Application process

Three steps:

  1. Step 1

    Short application

Basic details plus four focused questions. Around 10 minutes if you write honestly.

  2. Step 2

    Practical exercise

A small, time-boxed analysis using fictional campaign data. Never unpaid work on real client accounts.

  3. Step 3

    Structured conversation

We discuss your thinking, experience and motivation — and you ask us whatever you need to know.
